Sample Policy

Publicity Promotional Products are more than happy to provide samples when requested. Understandably it is very difficult to select items on the Internet these days, images can differ in colour or just seem larger or smaller than they really are. There are just a couple of conditions we ask from you when providing a sample request.

To receive sample product – 

  1. Be ready to place your order, have a quote supplied and make sure you are happy with the price. If you need to check the quality, colour, etc of the item we are more then happy to send you a sample.
  2. Samples cost charged at the quoted unit value of item + delivery cost per sample.
  3. A delivery fee of $26.00 + GST is charged per item to transport to nominated location of delivery (AUSTRALIA ONLY). Once the payment for the sample has been received the sample will be despatched accordingly.
  4. Product Sample returns – If you have decided not to proceed with the product, the cost to return the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.  The cost of the item can be refunded if returned within the 7 days from receiving the sample.  No refund is applied for transport costs. Certain products from the range will not have a credit back policy, for example, our pen range of health care products for hygiene reasons.
  5. Samples must be returned neatly in the packaging that they are provided with any samples returned without the packaging supplied can not be refunded.
