Features:
Durable 500ml stainless steel mug which is BPA-free and has a stylish enamel finish. It is exceptionally strong and lightweight which makes it ideal for camping, tramping, picnics and outdoor activities. This product is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.

Artwork & Branding Information

Set up fee

A set up fee is charged for creating films, blocks, pads or the process which creates your branding to be printed onto the product ordered.
Setup fees are added based type of branding method applied to item, how many colours printed, and quantity of logo design positions.


- Screen Print, Pad Print / $75 per colour / per position.
- Embroidery, Engraving / $75 per position. 
- Digital Prints, Labels, Transfers, Epoxy doming / $75 per position. 
- De-bossing, Embossing, foil stamping / $75 - $225 per position.

Artwork Requirement

Branding your logo with best print results requires "vectorised artwork created with outlines" - this can be the following file types - Eps (photoshop). Ai (illustrator). Please email copy of logo to: info@publicitypromotionalproducts.com.au - Click here for more information on logo & artwork requirements 

Artwork Logo Service

Unable to provide your logo graphics in vectorised format required?? We can design/produce your logo for an additional fee. Logo redraw services from $25 for simple designs. Complex designs from $95 per hour. This will be discussed with you if the design supplied is not vectorised artwork.

Additional Printed Colours & Positions 

Extra colours printed or added branding positions available. For pricing on additional printed colours or additional decoration positions please contact our friendly sales team or send us an enquiry on our contact form.

Branding Colours

Our preferred method for colour matching your logo or brand colour is Pantone colour. Please email us your brand guide to match branding colours.
If unsure of logo colours we recommend selecting colours the worldwide Pantone colour chart. To select your colour for printing - view here Pantone Colour Chart. 
Alternatively, we can also pick your logo colours for you and match as close as we can achieve. Note - without branding colours we cannot provide a guarantee for correct colour printing without branding guidelines provided. (Please note individual computer screens may show slightly darker/ lighter colours depending on screen contrast and resolution settings on your computer)

Freight Charges & Delivery Information

When requesting a quote for promotional products and uniforms, please include quantity you wish to order and delivery location so we can work out the freight charge to your nominated address. Providing us with as much delivery information about your business will ensure the most cost-effective delivery price and solutions to freight your order to your location.

Delivery Price

Final delivery costs will be provided based on a variety of variables: The volume or the weight of the shipment will determine the cost of the delivery, whichever is the greater of the two, we also factor the tariff zone of location for delivery, and access for delivery.

Tracking your delivery

When your order has been dispatched you will be notified. A tracking number for your consignment will be provided for your information.

How are packages delivered

To ship your order we use couriers to deliver your package. Our preferred couriers are Direct Freight express, TNT, Startrack, and DHL in other circumstances a third party forwarder will be used to deliver the shipment. All our freight is delivered by couriers and requires a signature for delivery. *Special instructions for delivery can be added by requesting "Authority to leave package" in a safe location. 

Can delivery be made to PO Box

Sorry we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. We will required your physical street address for delivery. Publicity provides bulk orders and we recommend someone is available to receive delivery of the package. 

How long will my order take

Most products are delivered within 2 - 4 weeks. Indent and custom made orders delivery within 6 - 20weeks

Damaged Goods

Publicity Promotional Products expects the arrival of the packages to be delivered without damages. If this has occurred please read our terms and conditions on returns /claims information and contact us.

Using your own courier

Not a problem, please tell us this when placing your order.

If you provide your courier account information we can book the shipment for you. If you prefer to arrange this yourself we are more than happy to provide any packaging information and pickup location for the goods.
